Products

All items are handcrafted from naturally shed antler. Slight variations in colour, grain, and shape are inherent to the material and are not defects. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the finished piece. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom engraved and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are final sale, except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
