Where we ship

Hornaments ships from Canada to customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Processing time

Our pieces are handcrafted and many are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Custom engraved orders may take a little longer.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the option you choose. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking where available.

International orders, customs, and duties

For orders shipped outside Canada, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Please also note that some countries restrict or prohibit the import of animal-derived products, including antler. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that antler products can be legally imported into their country before ordering. Hornaments is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@hornaments.ca and we'll help track it down.
