Refund policy

We want you to love your Hornaments piece. Because everything we make is handcrafted from naturally shed antler, please read the following carefully.

Custom and made-to-order items
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

Standard (non-custom) items
If you'd like to return a standard, non-custom item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. To start a return, email us at info@hornaments.ca with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Natural variation is not a defect
Each piece is made from a unique piece of antler and finished by hand. Natural differences in colour, grain, size, and shape are expected and are not grounds for a return.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
